Access To Information
Fact Or Opinion? - You Decide!

The books, records and papers of LPOA shall at all times, during reasonable business hours, be subject to inspection by any member.

LPOA's current books, records and papers are primarily stored on computers, which means the information can be timely emailed upon request to any member, and can be made readily available in the members area of www.lesprit.org.

Board-adopted legal opinions for LPOA should be reflected in board minutes and posted in the members area of www.lesprit.org.

There are audio recordings of LPOA board meetings and membership meetings that should be posted in the members area of www.lesprit.org.
For proprietary record retention and corporate transparency, each LPOA board member, officer and committee chairperson should be assigned an LPOA email account to use for official LPOA correspondence.

All LPOA books, records and papers should be digitized and stored on an internet cloud platform to properly archive LPOA's corporate documents and to expedite inspection by any member.

A corporate member of LPOA (tract owner) is entitled to inspect a roster of the tracts and assessments applicable to those tracts. A logical extension of this disclosure is for the corporate member to receive this available roster by email without being unnecessarily inconvenienced.
